摘　　要：针对中小型水电站的特点，设计了一种水电站微机分布式监控系统。介绍了系统的总体结构方案。实施的关键技术与解决方法以及系统所具有的功能。According to the features of middle or small hydro power station, a distributed monitoring system is designed and the globle structure scheme, key technologies and solving methods as well as the functions of system are introduced.
