摘　　要：目的探讨VEGF和nm23在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达和临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测48例甲状腺乳头状癌标本和10例正常甲状腺组织中VEGF和nm23的表达情况。结果甲状腺乳头状癌中存在VEGF和nm23的过度表达;VEGF表达阳性率与甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05);nm23表达阳性率与甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论VEGF和nm23的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的侵袭转移密切相关。Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）, nm23 in thyroid papillary eareinoma（TPC） and their correlation with metastasis. Methods The clinical data of 48 eases of TPC were collected. 10 specimens of normal thyroid tissue served as controls. The expressions of VEGF and nm23 in TPC tissues and nomal thyroid tissue were detected by immunohistoehemistry. Results VEGF and nm23 were over - expressed in TPC. The lymphaden metastasis of TPC was positively correlated with the positive rate of VEGF （ P 〈 0.05）, and negatively correlated with nm23 （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and nm23 are significantly correlated to lymphaden metastasis in TPC.
