四妙勇安汤的有效成分对血管内皮细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究四妙勇安汤的有效成分对脐静脉内皮细胞(ECV304)增殖的影响,以探讨其促血管新生的可能机制。方法:体外培养ECV304,单体进行干预,利用MTT及BrdU-ELISA法检测其对ECV304增殖的影响。结果:绿原酸101ng/ml^102ng/ml,阿魏酸102ng/ml^104ng/ml浓度组为促细胞增殖的优选浓度。结论:绿原酸、阿魏酸促内皮细胞增殖能力与血清有协同作用。Objective： To investigate the influence of effective components in ＂Simiao Yong an Decoction＂ on proliferation of umbilical vein vascular endothelial cells ECV304 in vitro and its possible mechanism of promoting angiogenesis. Methods： ,In vitro culture, the influences of medicinal monomer of ＂Simiao Yong＇an Decoction＂ on proliferation of ECV304 were detected by means of MTT and BrdU-ELISA. Results： The optimal concentration of chlorogenic acid in promoting cell proliferation was 10^1ng/ml-10^2ng/ml,and that of ferulic acid was 10^2ng/ml-10^4ng/ml.Conclusion： Chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid can promote endothelial cell proliferation in a cooperative relation with fetal bovine serum （FBS）.
