脂欣康胶囊对ApoE基因敲除小鼠血清炎症细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方脂欣康胶囊防治动脉粥样硬化时,对炎症细胞因子的影响。方法用ELISA法检测脂欣康胶囊治疗载蛋白E基因敲除小鼠血清中TNF-α和IL-1β水平。结果脂欣康组小鼠血清中TNF-α和IL-1β水平均明显低于模型组(P<0.01);脂欣康组与正常对照组比两项差异都无显著性(P>0.05);模型组小鼠血清中TNF-α和IL-1β水平都显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方脂欣康胶囊通过降脂、消炎等作用,改善小鼠血管内皮细胞状态,对于预防和治疗ApoE基因敲除小鼠动脉粥样硬化病灶有显著的效果。[Objective] To investigate the effects of Zhixinkang capsule on inflammatory cytokine when treating atheroselerosis. [Methods]The serum levels TNF-α and IL-1β in ApoE-gene knockout mice were measured by ELISA.[Results]Serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were lower in Zhixingkang capsule group than that of model group （P 〈0.01）. Serum levels TNF-α and IL-1β were higher in model than that of control group （P 〈0.01）. There was no difference in serum levels TNF-α and IL-1β between Zhixingkang capsule group and controls （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion]Zhixlnkang capsule can improve status of vascular endothelia cell through lowering blood fat and eliminating inflammation, and has good effects in preventing and curing the formation of atheroselerotic plaque in ApoEgene knockout mice.
