注射用黄芪冻干粉对大鼠和犬的长期毒性研究

摘　　要：目的考察连续给予注射用黄芪冻干粉对大鼠和Beagle犬的长期毒性反应,以评价其长期用药的安全性。方法根据药效学实验的有效剂量,确定长毒试验的高、中、低剂量组,分别连续对SD大鼠和Beagle犬静脉给药3个月,观察SD大鼠和Beagle犬的生长发育情况,摄食量,并进行血常规、血生化检测和主要脏器的病理组织学检查。结果连续使用该冻干粉3个月后大鼠和犬一般体征、血液学、血清生化学、尿常规和摄食量等均未发现明显异常变化。结论黄芪冻干粉安全剂量范围较大,对SD大鼠和Beagle犬无明显毒性反应,可作为临床用药依据。[Objective] To evaluate the long-term toxicity of lyophilized powder of Astragalus mem-branaceus （AM） in rats and dogs and determine.its safety dose range in clinical application. [Methods] SD rats and Beagle dogs that were assigned in high, moderate and low doses groups were administered intravenously daily for consecutive three months. Growth development and food-intake were observed. The following indexs were observed： body weight, hematological and hemato-biochemical parameters, coefficient and histomorphological section of vitals. [ Resuits] The body weight and vitals weight and hematology target showed no significant difference between experimental and control groups. The hematological biochemistry and histopathology examination of experimental groups are not of abnormal change compared with those of the control group. [Conclusions] Lyophilized Powder of AM extract is safe and without any distinct toxicity and side effect
