慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变中医证型与EGF、EGFR、TGF-α表达的相关性初探

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变中医证型与表皮生长因子(EGF)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、转化生长因子(TGF-α)表达的相关性。方法将内镜和病理检查确诊为CAG伴异型增生(Dys)和/或肠上皮化生(IM)的106例患者,辨证分型为3型,观察各型中度以上萎缩、肠化、异型增生情况及EGF、EGFR、TGF-α表达。结果各中医证型组中EGF、EGFR、TGF-α均有过度表达,血瘀热毒型、阴虚有热型EGF、TGF-α过度表达明显,气阴两虚型EGFR过度表达明显。采用善胃系列方干预治疗3个月后,EGF、EGFR、TGF-α表达明显降低。结论中医证型与EGF、EGFR、TGF-α表达存在一定的关系。Objective To study the correlativity between the Chinese medical syndromes of precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） and EGF, EGFR and TGF-α expressions. Methods 106 subjects were randomized into three syndromes and observe their EGF, EGFR and TGF-α expressions. Results In all syndromes, CAG, EGF, EGFR and TGF-α expressions were excessive; in blood-stasis and heattoxin syndrome and yin-deficiency and heat syndrome, EGF and TGF-α expressions were excessive; in qi-yin deficiency syndrome, EGFR expression was excessive. After treatment by series of stomach-improving decoctions, EGF, EGFR and TGF-α expressions were all deceased. Conclusion. The Chinese medical syndromes of precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） are correlative to EGF, EGFR and TGF-α expressions.
