摘 要:于2005年11月—2007年3月在大连长海县广鹿岛海区,对虾夷扇贝Patinopecten yessoensis野生苗与人工培育苗的海上筏式养殖效果进行了对比研究,结果表明:养殖前期(2005年11月),野生苗(7月龄)的平均壳长、壳高、壳厚和湿重分别为15.38、16.22、3.72 mm和0.53 g,明显低于人工苗(9月龄)(P<0.01);2006年7月,野生苗(15月龄)与同时期的人工苗(21月龄)的平均壳长、壳高、壳厚和活体湿重差异均不显著(P>0.05);2007年3月,野生苗(23月龄)壳长、壳高、壳厚和湿重分别为78.49、80.71、22.05 mm和65.12 g,高于同期的人工苗(25月龄);整个养殖阶段,野生苗的日生长量高于人工苗;野生苗和人工苗的养殖成活率平均为80.37%和75.35%,两者差异极显著(P<0.01)。从海上养殖效果可知,野生苗完全可以替代部分室内人工培育苗种。The wild collected in May 2005 and farmed juvenile yesso scallop Patinopecten yessoensis were cultured in rafts at Guanglu Island sea in Dalian coast from November 2005 to March 2007. It was found that the wild juveniles (7 month old) had an average shell length of 15.38 mm, shell height 16.22 mm, shell width 3.72 mm and wet body weight 0. 53 g, very significantly lower than the farmed juveniles (9 month old) ( P 〈 0. 01 ) during the early cultural period (November 2005). There were no significant differences in shell length, shell height, shell width, and wet body weight between the wild ( 15 month old) and hatchery - produced farmed juvenile (21 month old) yesso scallop in July 2006(P 〉0.05). Until March 2007, however, the wild juveniles (23 month old) had an average shell length of 78.49 mm, shell height 80.71 mm, shell width 22.05 mm and wet body weight 65.12 g, higher than the farmed juveniles (25 month old) . During the whole cultural period, there was very significantly higher daily growth performance (0. 1310 mm/d in shell length, 0. 1339 mm/d in shell height, 0. 0380 mm/d shell width and 0. 1341 g/d in wet body weight) in the wild juveniles than that in the farmed juveniles (0. 1143 mm/d in shell length, 0. 1157 mm/d in shell height, 0. 0347 mm/d shell width and 0. 1263 g/d in wet body weight) (P 〈 0. 01 ). The survival rates were 80.37% and 75.35% for the wild and artificial population.
