高校实验室管理体制改革刍议

摘　　要：实验室管理体制是实验室开展教学、科研工作的制度保障。实验室管理体制改革,是促进实验室上规模、上层次、上水平,提高实验室效益的需要,也是适应素质教育和培养具有创新能力的高层次人才的需要。为落实国家教委关于加强高等教育教学改革文件精神,根据目前高校实验室管理的现状,对高校实验室管理体制改革的方向进行探索与思考,具有重要的意义。Laboratory management is the gnrantee of developing teaching and scientific research of experiment. The reform of laboratory management system is the need of promoting the experiment on scale and level, improving lab＇s efficiency, and adapting to quality education and cultivating talents of innovation ability. To implement the spirit of enhancing the teaching re- form of higher education the State Education Commission carried out, and according to the management of university laboratory and its present situation, it has great significance to explore direction that management reform of university laboratory goes to.
