摘　　要：目的:探讨一氧化氮(NO)在门静脉高压症(PHT)食管曲张静脉形成过程中的作用。方法:应用比色法对20例PHT患者食管下段黏膜NO进行检测。结果:PHT患者食管下段黏膜NO生成量及NO合成酶(NOS)活性高于对照组(P<0.001),NO生成量与白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)比值均呈负相关关系。结论:NO可能与食管曲张静脉形成过程有关。Objective：In order to determine the relationship between nitric oxide（NO） in the mucosa of distal esophagus and esophageal varices. Methods：No was measured in 20 portal hypertensive patients with esophageal varices by the method of spectrophotometry. Results ：NO and the active of nitric oxide synthase （NOS） was significantly higher in portal hypertensive patients than in the control（P〈0. 001 ）. The amount of NO was negatively relative to the albumin or the ratio of albumin and globin respectively. Conclusion ：The high level of NO in the mucosa of distal esophagus in cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension may be a possible mechanism of the formation of esophageal varices.
