摘　　要：创新人才培养模式,是我国高等职业教育发展面临的重要任务,也是实现高等职业教育自身的发展,提高培养质量的有效途径。目前,传统的高等职业院校的人才培养方式,已成为高等职业教育快速发展制约因素;只有创新人才培养模式,才能确保高等职业教育实现培养高素质劳动者和高技能专门人才的历史重任。To innovate talent cultivation model is not only an important task the higher vocational education has to face, but an effective approach to realizing the self-development of higher vocational education and enhancing the cultivation quality. At present, the traditional talent cultivation model has been the restrictive factor in the fast development of higher vocational edu- cation, so only by innovating the talent cultivation model, can the cultivation goal of high-quality talents and technicians be ensured.
