Vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察Vitapex糊剂和碘仿ZOE糊剂对乳牙根尖周炎的充填效果和疗效。方法：300例乳牙根尖周炎患者随机分为Vitapex糊剂根充组和碘仿ZOE糊剂根充组，每组各150例，常规清理预备根管，消毒后充填根管，随访观察o．5～1年。结果：Vitapex糊剂组成功142例（94．7％），碘仿ZOE糊剂组成功127例（84．7％），两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：Vitapex糊剂根充治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎疗效好，操作简便，临床应用前景广阔。Objective： .To compare the effectiveness of Vitapex and Iodorform paste in treatment of primary periapical diseases. Objective ：300 cases of primary periapical diseases were pairmatched and randomly divided into 2 groups：one group （150 cases）was treated with Vitapex and the other（ 150 cases）was treated with Iodorforpaste. Every primary tooth canal was cleaned an disinfected. Then filled with the past respectively, Resuits ：The root canal filling effect and treatment effectiveness were significantly higher in Vitapex group than that in controlled group. Conclusion： Vitapex treatment of primary periapical diseases is highly effective, simple, useful in dinic.
