摘　　要：高校党组织在维护校园安全稳定中发挥着不可替代的作用,是高校安全稳定的组织保障。广大党员干部要切实加强安全稳定理论的学习,树立"稳定压倒一切"的意识;优化组织的设置,构建覆盖全校的党内维护高校安全稳定的组织体系;大兴求真务实之风,解决好师生所关心的问题;健全和完善高校党内安全稳定制度;把反腐倡廉建设放在更加突出的位置,从而进一步加强党的建设,不断增强高校党组织的凝聚力和战斗力,发挥党员的先锋模范作用,切实维护好校园的安全稳定。Party organizations in universities play an irreplaceable role in maintaining campus security and stability, and provide art organizational guarantee for it. Party members and cadres must actually intensify the theory study on security and stability ,acquire the understanding of ＂Maintaining stability is of top priority＂ ,optimize the structure setups,and build an inside-the-Party system of security and stability in colleges and universities that covers the whole campus; Party members and cadres must promote the truth-seeking and pragmatic spirit, and effectively deal with the issues teachers and students are concerned about; We must also improve and perfect the system and attach greater importance to combating corruption and upholding integrity so as to further improve the building of the Party and constantly enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party organizatious in colleges and universities,play an exemplary vanguard role as a Party member,and maintain campus security and stability in real earnest.
