摘　　要：科研绩效评价是高校科研管理中一个至关重要的因素。对科研工作进行绩效考评,一方面能够规范科研工作,也能从定量的角度统计和分析科研工作取得的成效和存在的问题,同时对学校的发展和管理也具有一定的参考价值。An evaluation on the performance of scientific research is vital to the management of scientific research in universities. It can not only standardize scientific research, but also count out and analyze the results achieved and problems existed from the quantitative point of view, which has some reference value to the development and management of universities.
