慢性分裂症患者院内综合康复措施干预的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨院内综合康复措施对慢性分裂症患者的康复作用。方法：在药物维持治疗的同时，对40例慢性分裂症患者进行为期6个月的院内综合康复干预；采用住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）和简明精神病量表（BPRS）于干预前后分别进行评定。结果：经院内综合康复措施干预后，IPROS和BPRS总分及分量表分与治疗前有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：院内综合康复干预措施对慢性分裂症精神症状的缓解、社会功能的改善均有一定的作用。Objective：To study the recovered effects of comprehensive recovered measures inside the hospital on chronic schizophrenia. Methods：40 inpatients of chronic schizophrenia were intervened with comprehensive recovered measures inside the hospital for six months in the meantime of chug treatment,and were evaluated by IPROS and BPRS,respectively before and after using the intervene measures, Results：There was distingue discrepancy in both IPROS and BPRS between before and after the intervene measures （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Comprehensive recovered measure take effects both on soothing the psychic - symptoms and improving social functions of chronic schizophrenia .
