摘  要:目的探讨c-myc mRNA表达与食管鳞癌发病的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测24例食管鳞癌患者食管鳞癌组织和正常食管鳞状上皮组织、癌旁食管鳞状上皮组织中c-myc mRNA的表达。结果食管鳞癌组织与癌旁食管鳞状上皮组织c-myc基因的表达量相近,二者均明显高于正常食管鳞状上皮组织(P<0.05)。结论c-myc基因在食管鳞状上皮癌变过程的早期阶段起重要作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of c-myc mRNA and human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods Total RNA was extracted with Trizol from the tissue and mRNA was tran- scribed reversely into eDNA. Real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transeriptase-polymerase chain reaction (FQ- PCR) was applied to detect e-mye mRNA expression in ESCC, paraeancemus esophageal squamous epithelium and normal squamous epithelium. Results e-mye mRNA in ESCC and paracaneemus esophageal squamous epithelium were expressed approximately, and both were higher than that in adjacent normal esophageal squamous epithelium. Conclusion c-myc gene may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of human ESCC.
