摘　　要：目的：建立以高效液相色谱法测定祛痹舒肩丸中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为C18柱（4．0mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙睛-0．085％磷酸溶液（17：83），检测波长为323nm，流速为1．0mL／min，柱温为室温。结果：阿魏酸在（0．001996～0．07984）mg／mL范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9997，n=7），平均加样回收率为101．2％，RSD为2．9％（n=6）。结论：本方法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于祛痹舒肩丸的质量控制。Objective：To develop a HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Qubi Shujian Pills. Methods ： The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column （4.0 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase acetonitrile - 0. 085 % phosphoric acid （17：83）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min at the room temperature and the UV detection wavelength was 323 nm. Results：The calibration curve was linear at the range of（0.001996- 0.07984） mg/mL for the ferulic acid （ r = 0.9997, n = 7） .The average recovery rate was 101.2% and RSD was 2.9% （ n = 6）.Conclusion： The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of this preparation.
