Dyract AP复合体与银汞合金充填乳磨牙疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较Dyract AP复合体与银汞合金充填乳磨牙的临床疗效。方法应用Dyract AP复合体与银汞合金2种材料分别充填264颗患牙,随访1.5～2年,共复查到156颗患牙,从充填体脱落程度、继发龋、磨耗程度来观察疗效。结果Dymct AP复合体在脱落程度和是否易发继发龋方面优于银汞合金(P<0.05),而磨耗程度方面差于银汞合金(P<0.05)。结论Dyract AP复合体粘结性能良好,而在耐磨性上有欠缺,适用于乳牙充填。Objective To compare the clinical effects between Dyract AP complex and silver amalgam in filling deciduous molar caries. Methods 264 teeth decay were filled with Dyract AP complex or silver amalgam, 156 teeth got follow-up after 1.5 - 2 years and to observe in separation, secondary carries and abrasion aspects. Results The separation and secondary carries in Dyract AP complex group was lower than those of silver amalgam group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. While the silver amalgam had better ant-abrasive effects than Dyract AP complex （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dyract AP compomer has better adhesive function than silver amalgam,but worse than silver amalgam standing occlusal force. Dyract AP complex is a better material for the restoration of cavities in child.
