摘　　要：目的探讨角膜干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对78例(78只眼)翼状胬肉实施角膜干细胞移植,观察术后反应、移植片的生长及翼状胬肉的复发情况。结果术后所有病例均有一过性刺激反应,结膜移植片生长良好,随访24个月未见有复发病例。结论角膜干细胞移植治疗翼状胬疗效可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of limbal stem cell autograft transplantation in the treatment of pterygium . Methods A total of seventy-eight eyes with pterygium were operated with transplantation of limbal stem cell. Postoperative reaction, graft vitality and recurrence of pterygium were observed. Results All cases were found with transient reaction, the grafts grew well and no recurrence was found during the following period up to 24 months. Condusion Limbal stem cell transplantation has fairly good effect in the treatment of pterygium.
