内直肌悬吊后退术治疗部分调节性内斜视临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察内直肌悬吊后退术治疗部分调节性内斜视的疗效。方法126例部分调节性内斜视患者,按随机数字法分为两组,内直肌悬吊后退术62例为治疗组,传统的内直肌后退术64例为对照组。对术中并发症和术后眼位进行观察分析。结果两组间正位率、术前和术后6个月的平均内斜度分析P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。两组患者术中均无并发症发生。结论内直肌悬吊后退术安全、有效,可作为治疗儿童部分调节性内斜视的手术方法。Objective To report Results of the hang-back technique for internal rectus recession in partly accommodative esotropia. Methods The records of 126 partly accommodative esotropia patients who were divided two groups accoming to random digital list. Sixty-two cases of training group were undergone the hang-back technique for internal 1 rectus recession and sixty-four cases of control group were undergone conventional internal 1 rectus recession. The operation complication and postoperative ocular position were observed and analyzed. Results The orthophofic position rate, the average degree of csotropia before operation and postoperative in six months were no difference in statistics In two groups. Conclusion The hang-back hang-back internal rectus recession in partly accommodative esotropia is a safe and effective alternative to conventional interna rectus recession.
