眼部缺血综合征的眼底荧光血管造影观察

摘　　要：目的:研究眼部缺血综合征(ocular ischemic syndrome,OIS)的眼底荧光血管造影的特征。方法:对41例眼部缺血综合征的患者行数字减影动脉造影(digtal subtraction angiography,DSA)、彩色多普勒血管检查(doppler)和眼底荧光血管造影检查(fundus flurescein angiography,FFA)。结果:FFA提示眼部缺血综合征患者臂-视网膜循环时间不同程度延长,视网膜静脉扩张,微血管瘤,血管壁着染以及黄斑水肿和视网膜毛细血管无灌注等改变。结论:眼部缺血综合征的FFA检查呈现特征性改变。为与其相关的全身性疾病的诊断和治疗提供佐证。AIM： To observe the features of fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） of ocular ischemic syndrome （OIS）. METHODS： Forty-one patients suffered from OIS were received digtal subtraction angiography （DSA）, Doppler examination of blood vessels and FFA. RESULTS： FFA showed that the arm-retinal time delayed. Retinal vein was dilated. Microaneurysm, stain in the wall of vessels, macular edema and capillary nonperfusion also could be observed. CONCLUSION： Characteristic feature of OIS can be shown with FFA examination and help us to make diagnosis and treatment of relative general disease.
