摘　　要：准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situkemtomileus,LASIK)中支配角膜的神经受到损伤,引起角膜知觉的减退及干眼的发生。本文就此机制进行系统的分析,对临床上手术方法的选择,设备的更新,技术的改进及指导术后用药具有一定的指导意义。The damage of the nerves controlling the corneal in the laser in situ keratomileusis （ LASlK） can cause the reduction of corneal sensation and dry-eye symptoms. We analyzed this mechanism systematically and the analysis would be helpful to the choice of the appropriate method to do the operation, the renovation of equipment as well as the improvement of techniques and the using of drugs after LASlK.
