摘  要:目的:观察532nm固体激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法:应用532nm固体激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞患者45例(45眼),回顾性分析治疗前后视力及眼底血管荧光造影的变化。结果:45例视网膜静脉阻塞患者治疗后,视力提高32眼(71%);不变10眼(22%);下降3眼(7%);FFA对比观察有效36眼(80%);好转7眼(16%);无效2眼(4%);非缺血型疗效好于缺血型;BRVO好于CRVO。结论:532nm固体激光治疗RVO效果确实,操作简便,早期明确病变部位进行光凝,定期进行复查并及时补充光凝,可有效提高视力和患者生活质量。AIM: To observe the effect of 532nm solid laser on retinal vein occlusion (RVO). METHODS: A total of 45 cases (45 eyes) with retinal vein occlusion were treated by 532nm solid laser. The changes of the vision and retinal vascular fluorescence imaging before and after the treatment were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS : Of 45 eyes after treatment, visions of 32 eyes (71%) were improved, 10 eyes (22%) were unchanged, and 3 eyes (7%) were fallen. FFA comparison showed that 36 eyes (80%) were effective, 7 eyes (16%) turned for better, and 2 eyes (4%) were invalid. Effect on nonischemic was better than ischemic. Effect on BRVO was better than CRVO. CONCLUSION: 532nm solid laser treating for RVO is effective, and it's simple to operate. Clear lesions earlier to photocoagulate, review regularly and timely added photocoagulation are effectively to improve vision and quality of llfe.
