摘 要:目的探讨消脂汤对四环素所致小鼠脂肪肝模型的保护作用。方法将60只昆明种小鼠随机分成6组:正常组,模型组,消脂汤高剂量组,消脂汤中剂量组,消脂汤低剂量组,非诺贝特对照组;除正常组外,其余各组以四环素腹腔注射建成小鼠脂肪肝模型,测定肝组织TC、TG含量,计算肝指数,对肝脏进行病理学检查,观察消脂汤对该模型的影响。结果中药复方消脂汤可以降低由四环素引起的脂肪肝小鼠肝指数以及肝组织总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平,并能明显改善模型动物肝组织的病理损伤。结论消脂汤对四环素所致小鼠脂肪肝有明显的保护作用。Objective To evaluate the protective effects of Xiaozhitang on tetracycline-induced fatty liver induced in mice. Method 60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:Nomal control group (group A), tetracycline treatment group (group B), high dose of Xiaozhltang treatment (group C), intermediate dose group of Xiaozhitang treatment (group D), low dose of Xiaozhitang treatment group (group E) and fenofibrate treatment group (group F). Fatty liver was induced by intraperitoneal injection of mice with tetracycline. The clinical effect of Xiaozhitang was then observed and the liver tissues were collected for measuring the level of the hepatic TG, hepatic TC and the liver quotiety. Histopathologic examination of the liver tissues was also performed. Result Xiaozhitang was found to lower the liver quotiety and reduce the level of TG and TC in the liver tissue. Xiaozhitang also markedly ameliorated the pathological injury in the liver tissue. Conclusion Xiaozhitang can exert a significant protective effect on tetracycline-induced fatty liver in mice.
