摘　　要：医学生临床阶段基本技能训练一直是高等医学教育存在的薄弱环节。以标准模拟病人(SP)和模拟器械等模拟手段教学为核心的临床技能实验室的创建,为学生创造了高仿真、零风险、可重复、允许出错的临床技能学习环境,获得了良好的教学效果。As is medicine a practical subject ,clinical skill training is of importantance and also a weak link in the medical education ring. To solve the tough problem , Clinical Skills Laboratory is constructed in 2004, which contains seven functional modules . Some new simulated training methods such as Simman simulators and Standard- ized patients （SPs） are used and have given some experiences.
