摘　　要：产业集群是地区经济和谐发展的助推器,可借助产业集群建立富有竞争力的、合理的经济结构、顺畅的社会资源流动机制、合理的利益协调机制,推动经济和谐稳定的发展。高校是产业集群很重要的一个构成部分,借助产业集群推动西安经济和谐发展,发挥西安高校资源优势,应完善"产学研"合作机制和建立政府推进机制。Industrial cluster can promote the harmonious development of economy. With the help of industrial cluster, we can promote a harmonious and stable economic development by building the competitive and reasonable economic structure, the smooth flow mechanism of social resources and the reasonable mechanism of coordination on interests. Colleges and universities are very important part of industrial cluster. To promote a harmonious economic development in Xi＇ an by the industrial cluster, we should make full use of the resource advantages of the colleges and universities in Xi＇ an. And we should perfect the ＂firms, universities and research institutions＂ cooperation mechanism and establish the government promotion mechanism in the region.
