摘　　要：浙江连锁经营发展势头好,发展速度快,经过十几年的发展积累,逐步形成了自己的发展特点。在发展过程中,也暴露出一些瓶颈问题,需要采取合适的对策,使连锁经营上升至新的发展平台。The chain-store operations in Zhejiang are well-developed in a high speed. After more than decade＇s accumulation, it gradually formed its own characteristic. In the process of development, some bottleneck problems also occurred. Therefore appropriate strategies are needed for the further development of chain-store operations in order to put it into a new stage.
