摘　　要：在阐述企业自主知识产权与核心竞争力的关系的基础上,通过对上海企业拥有自主知识产权现状的实证研究,分析了上海企业拥有自主知识产权存在的问题,并深入剖析了其主要原因,最后提出了若干对策建议。This paper conducts an empirical study on the statues quo of independent intellectual property rights in Shanghai companies based on elaborating the relationship between independent intellectual property rights and core competence. It analyzes the problems and reasons of independent intellectual property rights in Shanghai companies, and then puts forward many suggestions.
