摘 要:用阳离子交换树脂D113吸附发酵液中乳链菌肽,单位体积D113的吸附量为120000IU/mL。加入90mL5%KCl溶液,8h时解吸率达到最大值,最终解吸率为48%。在25℃,40℃和50℃下D113的吸附等温线符合Langmuir吸附等温方程。通过对控制机理的判断,25*(2时F与t呈线性关系,为液膜扩散控制(FDC);40℃、50℃时[1-3(1-F)^2/3+2(1-F)-1曲线呈良好的线性关系,为颗粒扩散控制(PDC)。Cation exchange resin D113 was chosen to adsorb nisin from the fermentation broth. The adsorption capacity of D113 was 120000IU/mL. The desorption rate was 48% by using 90mL 5% KCl as desorbent for 8h. At 25℃, 40℃ and 50℃ the absorption of Dl13 could be described by Langmuir isotherm. By judgment of controlling mechanism, at 25℃, there was a well linear relationship between F and t and it was controlled by film diffusion control (FDC). At 40℃ and 50℃ there was a well linear relationship between [1-3(1-F)^2/3+2(1-F)] and t and it was controlled by particle diffusion control (PDC).
