摘　　要：目的研究c-met基因在结肠黏膜良、恶性病变及细胞癌变过程中的表达和临床特征。方法制作组织芯片,采用免疫组织化学方法检测c-met基因的表达。结果c-met基因的表达在结肠黏膜病变及细胞癌变过程中与年龄、性别、息肉部位、大小、表面形态、山田分型存在明显相关性,各组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论c-met基因表达与结肠黏膜病变及细胞癌变的发生、发展有关,且与其病变临床特征密切相关,可作为结肠黏膜癌变的判断标准。Objective To study the expression of the c-met gene and clinical features in the benign and malignant lesions of colon mucosa.nethods Tissuemicroarrays were prepared and the expression of the c-met gene was tested by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of the c-met gene in the benign and malignant lesions of colon mucosa was significantly correlated with the age and gender of the patients,as well as the genetic locus, size, surface and the Yamada grouping of the polyp, and there were significant differences between groups （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions The expression of the c-met gene is correlated with the pathological changes as well as the occurrence and development of cellcanceration, and is closely related to clinical features;thus it can be regarded as the criterion of the benign and malignant lesions of colon mucosa.
