摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin表达和DNA倍体分析在膀胱移行细胞癌中的临床意义及相关性。方法分别应用免疫组化(SP)法和流式细胞术对60例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及10例正常膀胱组织进行Survivin蛋白检测和DNA倍体分析。结果(1)膀胱移行细胞癌中Survivin的阳性表达率和DNA异倍体率均明显高于正常膀胱组织(P<0.01);(2)随着膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、临床分期的增高,Survivin阳性表达率和DNA异倍体率均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);(3)在膀胱移行细胞癌中,Survivin阳性表达率和DNA异倍体率呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论Survivin阳性表达率和DNA异倍体率与膀胱癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of Survivin and DNA ploidy in Bladder Transitional Carcinoma.Methods The immunohistochemistry（SP method）was used to determine the expression of Survivin in 60 cases with BTCC and 10 normal bladder tissues.At the same time the flow cytometry was used to determine DNA ploidy.Results（1）The positive expression rates of Survivin and rates of DNA heteroploid in BTCC were significantly higher than those in normal bladder tissue（P〈0.01）.（2）The positive expression rates of Survivin and rates of DNA heteroploid increased significantly with increasing pathological grade and clinical stage（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.（3）There was a positive correlation between the expression rates of Survivin and rates of DNA heteroploid（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The positive expression rates of Survivin and rates of DNA heteroploid are closely associated with tumorigenesis,progress and prognosis of BTCC.
