摘　　要：目的总结颈椎肿瘤手术的麻醉经验。方法对本院2006年8月—2007年10月收治的31例颈椎肿瘤手术的麻醉管理进行回顾总结分析。结果31例患者中有2例发生重度输血过敏反应,无1例术中死亡,全部清醒拔管送回病房,手术平均出血1200ml。结论颈椎肿瘤手术的麻醉要注意术中大量失血,做好预防与处理输血过敏反应,同时注意呼吸系统的管理。Objective To summarize the experiences in anesthesia for cervical spinal tumors resection via anterior-posterior access and reconstruction. Methods Treatment （cervical spinal tumors resection via anterior-posterior access under anesthesia） was retrospectively analyzed in 31 patients with cervical spinal tumors, who were admitted to our hospital between Aug. 2006 and Oct. 2007.Results There were two patients with blood transfusion-induced anaphylaxis and there was no perioperative death. The average blood loss was 1200 ml. Conclusion It is important to prevent the blood loss during cervical spinal tumors resection via anterior-posterior access. Predicting and treating blood transfusion-induced anaphylaxis in time is crucial for the operation, and meanwhile, the respiratory management needs to be paid attention to.
