摘  要:试验分离、纯化得到12株去除硫化氢和氨气的菌株。对其脱臭效能的试验可知,异养硫氧化菌的脱硫效率优于自养硫氧化菌,自养、异养硫氧化菌和亚硝化混合菌的脱臭效果要优于单一的硫氧化混合菌或单一的亚硝化混合菌。确定所有的分离出的自养、异养硫氧化菌和亚硝化混合菌作为脱臭工程菌。分析其高效的原因是专性自养亚硝化菌在特定的基质上与异养硫氧化菌混合培养,有助于自养的亚硝化菌对氨的作用,另外,多种菌之间的协同作用,减轻了中间产物的负反馈抑制,使底物的利用更彻底,系统运行更稳定。The bacteria come from the well domesticated bioreactors by hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and both of them. After being isolated and screened, 5 strains of autotrophic sulfide oxidizing bacteria, 5 strains of heterotrophic sulfide oxidizing bacteria and 2 strains of nitrobacteria have been got. All of these 12 strains are identified. The test of the strains indicates that all of the strains could degrade corresponding malodor pollutants. The removal efficiency of hetertrophic bacteria is higher than that of autotrophic bacteria. The removal efficiency of mixed bacteria is higher than that of the single sort bacteria. Nitrobacteria isolated from the reactor with only ammonia influent performs lower efficiency than that isolated from the reactor with hydrogen sulfide and ammonia influent. The reason of high efficiency is that mixed cultivation of autotrophic nitrobacteria with heterotrophic sulfide oxidizing bacteria favor ammonia oxidization. In addition, for bacteria cooperate with each other, negative feedback restrain is alleviated.
