构建长效机制,加强高校学生党支部建设

摘　　要：高校学生党支部是中国共产党在高校的基层组织。目前,高校学生党支部建设面临的突出问题,主要表现为领导支持力度不够,思想建设重视不够,部分支部不能充分起到战斗堡垒作用等等。因此,必须进一步建立健全组织保障、理论学习、日常教育管理、监督约束以及改革创新等各种行之有效的机制,坚持以中国特色社会主义理论为指导,切实做到思想建设与组织建设并重,把学生党支部建成党在学生群众中的战斗堡垒。Students＇Party branches are the grass - root units of Communist Party of China. Presently some problems in their construction stand out： weak support from the leadership; insufficient attention to ideological building; and some branches failing to act as a powerful fighting force. Therefore it is imperative to establish and strengthen a series of mechanism including organizational safeguard, theory learning, daily educational management, supervision and checking and innovative creation, meanwhile stick to the guiding force of the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics, attach equal importance to ideological and organizational building and consequently make students＇Party branches act as a powerful fighting force among students in college and universities,
