摘　　要：企业环境是影响企业管理决策和生产经营活动的现实各因素的集合。"环境决定论"、"相互影响论"等虽然都从不同的研究目的或不同的角度来认识企业与企业环境的关系,但企业似乎总处于不同程度的被动地位。企业与企业环境之间,在一定的条件下,是一种相互依存、相互影响的动态的、互动的关系。Enterprise environment is a comprehensive element that affects enterprise management decisions and production operations. Although 'the view of environment determination' and 'view of inter-influence' study the relationship between an enterprise and its environment from different perspectives and for different purposes, enterprises seem to be put in a passive position. The author holds that an enterprise and its environment are inter-dependent, inter-active and in a dynamic pattern.
