摘 要:以新疆阿瓦提县木纳格葡萄为试材,对木纳格葡萄果穗附生微生物区系及优势致病菌的确立进行分析研究。结果表明:成熟期的木纳格葡萄果穗附生微生物数量是酵母菌>丝状真菌>细菌。从木纳格葡萄果穗上分离出丝状真菌5个属,分别是:灰霉(Botrytis sp.)、链格孢(Alternaria sp.)、根霉(Rhizopus sp.)、黑曲霉(Aspergillus sp.)和青霉(Penicillium sp.),其中Botrytis sp.、Alternaria sp.为低温优势致病菌,Aspergillus sp.和Rhizopus sp.为常温优势致病菌,主要通过伤口入侵导致发病。Botrytis sp.、Alternaria sp、Aspergillus sp为果梗主要致病菌。The adnascent microorganism flora and Postharvest were analysed of ' Munage' Table Grapes in Awati country of Xinjiang. The results showed that the amount of adnascent microorganism floraon ' Munage' Table Grapes in the maturity stage was : Yeasts 〉 ill- amentous fungis 〉 bacferia. The main pathogens of grapes postharvest decay were Botrytis sp. , Ahernaria sp. , Penicillium sp. , Rhizopus sp. and Aspe'rgillus sp.. Among these pathogens Botrytis sp. and Ahernaria sp. caused decay of lower temperature,while Rhizopus sp. and Aspergillus sp. were the major pathogens at room temperature and only infected wounded fruit. Botrytis sp. , Ahernaria sp. and Aspergillus sp. were the major pathogens on fruit peduncle .
