摘  要:基于有限元法、优化设计理论和模态试验方法,利用ANSYS优化设计方法,将理论模态分析和实验模态分析相结合,对某铣床的关键结合面的特性参数进行参数识别,研究结合面对铣床关键部件动态特性的影响,得到相关影响曲线。结果表明,随着结合面刚度的增加,部件的固有频率有提高也有降低;但随着阻尼总的增加,部件的固有频率始终降低,振型大大衰减。本研究为整体复杂机械的改进设计和动态优化设计提供理论依据。Based on the finite element method, the optimum design theory and the modal test approach, the characteristic parameters of the key machine joint surfaces of the numerically controlled milling machine were identified using the module of optimum design of the ANSYS software. The influences of the machine joint surfaces to the dynamic characteristics of key components of milling machine were studied, and the influence curves were achieved. The results show that the natural frequencies of the components will be diverse along with the increase of the stiffness of the machine joint surfaces. But the natural frequencies will decrease invariably and the magnitudes of vibration modes will decline greatly along with the increase of the damping of the machine joint surfaces.
