摘  要:目的探讨急性脑出血与弓形虫感染的相关性。方法采用ELISA方法,对43例急性脑出血及51例对照组血清进行CAg及弓形虫抗体IgM、IgG检测。结果急性脑出血组CAg、抗体IgM、IgG阳性率分别为23.26%、18.6%、34.88%,对照组阳性率分别为7.84%、5.88%、15.69%,两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。中青年脑出血患者,CAg、IgM阳性率明显高于老年患者。结论脑出血与弓形虫感染存在相关性,尤其临床无明显诱因的中青年脑出血患者,提示弓形虫急性活动期感染可能是脑出血的病因之一。Objective To explore the relationship betwween acute cerebral hemorrhage and toxoplasma infection.Methods To detect the CAg.antibody IgM,IgG of toxoplasma in 43 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and 51 patients without central nervous system(CNS) disease by ELASA. Results Positive rate of toxopusma CAg.IgM.IgG in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACI group) were 23.26%,18.6%,34.88%,and patients without CNS disease was 7.84%,5.88%,15.69%(P 〈 0.05).In ACI group,older patients have lower positive rate of toxoplasma Cag and antibody IgM. Condusion 'rhere is correlation between cerebral hemorrhage and toxoplasma infection, toxoplasma infection is probably one precipitating factor of cerebral hemorrhage, especially in younger patients without risk factors.
