摘 要:传统液压马达热力学模型不考虑马达壳体温度变化,或将产生的热量以固定比例系数传给马达壳体和内部油液,物理意义不明确。针对传统模型存在的问题,在对马达机械效率和容积效率定义分析的基础上,建立了马达热力学模型,并以阀控马达液压系统为例,进行了动态温度仿真计算,对仿真结果进行了分析,为马达的设计、使用提供了理论参考。In conventional thermal model of hydraulic motor, the temperature change of shell is neglected or the produced heat is supposed to transfer to shell and hydraulic oil according to fixed coefficient which doesn't have definitely meaning. Based on analysis of definition about mechanical efficiency and volumetric efficiency, the thermal model of motor was established to overcome the weakness in conventional thermal model. The simulation was executed in a valve-controlled motor system and the result was analyzed.
