摘  要:介绍了对立式往复真空泵的研究和设计。研究了泵的热力过程,提出了提高真空度、降低功耗和提高零部件寿命的方法和措施。在设计方面采用了阀门轴向布置结构,合理设计了泵的气阀、平衡通道结构,合理选择了易磨损部件材料。通过对比证明所设计的真空泵取得了令人满意的效果。The development of vertical reciprocation vacuum pump was described. The thermodynamic process of the pump was researched. The measures to raise the vacuum degree, decrease power consumption and improve parts service life were presented. The axial arrangement structure was used for the valve, the air valve and the balanced channel structure of the pump were designed, the materials of wearing parts were chosen. The result by contrast shows that good effect was obtained for the designed pump.
