摘 要:目的:评价富铁牛初乳粉改善铁缺乏和缺铁性贫血(IDA)的效果,研究富铁牛初乳粉的生物利用率,为牛初乳进一步开发利用提供理论依据。方法:建立IDA Wistar大鼠模型,随机选取32只IDAWistar大鼠,分为4组,饲以低铁饲料,饮纯净水。灌胃剂量按照含铁量0.25 mg.kg-1.只-1.d-1。试验组给予富铁牛初乳粉0.1 g.kg-1.只-1.d-1灌胃,牛初乳组给予牛初乳粉16.7 g.kg-1.只-1.d-1灌胃,硫酸亚铁组以硫酸亚铁1.25 mg.kg-1.只-1.d-1灌胃,空白对照组饮纯净水,18 d后检测血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH),观察体重变化,并根据血红蛋白恢复试验计算富铁牛初乳粉中铁的相对生物利用率。结果:富铁牛初乳粉的相对生物利用率为104%,牛初乳的相对生物利用率为95%。干预后富铁牛初乳组各项指标增加明显(P<0.05);与牛初乳组相比,RBC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与空白对照组相比,各项指标均明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:富铁牛初乳粉改善铁缺乏和IDA效果明显,血红素铁相对生物利用率高,可以作为良好的铁剂强化食品。合理使用富铁牛初乳粉是一项有效防治铁缺乏和IDA的营养干预措施。Objective:To estimate the effects that the iron deficiency anemia was improved by heme-iron-fortifiled bovine coloctrum powder,the biologic utilization ratio of the heme-iron-fortifiled bovine coloctrum powder also was studied.So the effective theory warrants were provided for the further development and utilization of bovine coloctrum powder,at the same time,the effective foundation was presented for preventing iron deficiency anemia and.the nutrition intervention measure.Methods:Animal tests used to establish models of iron deficiency anaemia rats,32 screened Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups to continue to feed the low iron feed,drink clean water,according to the doses of iron 0.25 mg·kg^-1·mouse^-1·d^-1.Experimental group was raised by the heme-iron-fortifiled bovine coloctrum powder(0.1 g·kg^-1·mouse^-1·d^-1),bovine coloctrum powder(16.7 g·kg^-1·mouse^-1·d^-1),the ferrous sulfate to positive control group(1.25 mg ·kg-1·mouse-1·d-1),Gaps in group fed pure water for 18 days.Then to test the hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell(RBC),the average volume of red blood cell hemoglobin(MCH),observate the weight change,calculate the relative biological utilization of the heme-iron-fortifiled bovine coloctrum powder on the basis of the hemoglobin resume testing.Results:Animal tests showed the relative biological utilization was 104% in experimental group and 95% in the bovine coloctrum powder group.After the intervention test,the indicators of the experimental group increased significantly(P〈0.05)and had the statistical significance.Compared with the bovine coloctrum powder group,RBC increased not markedly(P〉0.05),in contrast with the gap group,a marked increase in the indicators with,statistical significances(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The heme-iron-fortifiled bovine coloctrum powder has good efficacy to improve iron deficiency anaemia.The biologic utilization ratio of the heme iron is so high that it can be used in the reinforcement food as an ideal iron
