摘 要:提出了极坐标式数控机床这一概念,并分析了该类数控机床的特点,同时简要概述了典型的开放式控制体系类型。为适应极坐标数控机床的加工,总结了两种加工代码的构成形式。开发了凸轮磨床数控系统,实现了C轴和X轴的联动控制,验证了PC机与运动控制器相结合的方案和加工代码的正确性。The concept of polar coordinates NC machine was advanced, and the characteristic of this kind of machine was analyzed. A summary for the types of typical opening NC system was given. To adapt to the machining of polar coordinate NC machine, the structure form for two kinds of machining code was introduced. The NC system of the CAM grinder was developed, which achieves the movement of C axis and X axis in the same time. The validity of the project that putting PC and the movement controller together, and the machining code were tested.
