摘 要:潜盾工法为目前地下化捷运工程最常使用之施工法,具有不影响地面交通及商业活动之优点,唯在潜盾施工的过程中,地下障碍物可能影响潜盾机正常掘进,且地下障碍物之排除常旷日废时,对工期掌握及成本控制均造成不利影响。文章以高雄捷运CO1区段标LUO04隧道穿越工商展览中心下方,施工过程中钻及既有废弃试桩,造成螺运机故障而停机之案例,兹分别就螺运机内障碍物堵塞原因、障碍物排除之考虑、方法及因应对策进行说明。In the present day, the shield tunnel method is the most common approach used in the building of underground Mass Rapid Transport systems. The shield tunnel construction method has the advantage of imposing minimum or non - existence disruptions to the traffic and economic activities above ground. The significant problem encountered during execution of construction work is the presence of underground obstructions, affecting the progress of the shield tunnel machine. These obstacles could also cause adverse effects on the construction schedule and costs. This article examines the CO1 section, LU004 of the Kaohisung Metro system, in which underground tunneling works took place beneath the Exhibition Center for Business. The case study further investigates the machine drilled through abandoned testing piles which caused the shield machine to malfunction and cease operations; the sources of the obstruction objects found in the interior of the shield machine and considerations in the removal of the obstruction items and further descriptions of the methods and strategies.
