油库风险评价中的模糊综合评价模型初探

摘　　要：使用半定量风险评价法设计油库风险评价的模糊综合评价模型;建立油库风险影响模糊失效可能性因素体系和模糊失效后果因素体系;给出油库失效可能性因素及失效后果因素评价的方法。This paper mainly uses semi-quantivative assessing approach to raise the model of fuzzy mathematics in order to assess the risk of refined oil store. Then, it adopts the method of fuzzy mathematics which establish the complete system of fuzzy losing efficiency factor and fuzzy consequence factor for refined oil store.Finally, it put forwards the measure of fuzzy risk assessment for refined oil store which formulate the objective criterion to assess the losing efficiency factor and consequence factor for refined oil store.
