表面麻醉下行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨表面麻醉在小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入手术中的应用。方法采用表面麻醉的方法对361例(369眼)白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入手术。结果369眼均在表面麻醉下完成手术,仅有81眼(22%)在热凝止血时有灼热感,9眼(2%)有疼痛感。术后1天及1周裸眼视力≥0.5者分别为217眼(58%)和273眼(74%)。结论表面麻醉是小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术中一种简便、安全、有效的麻醉方法。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeatic effects of small incision non-phacoemulsifieation ECCE and IOL implantation for cataract patients. Methods 361 patients （369 eyes） had operated by small incision non- phacoemulsifieation ECCE and IOL implantation under topical anesthesia. Results All patients can finish this surgery under topical anesthesia. Only 81 eyes （22%） felt burning sensation and 9 eyes （2%） felt pain. 1 day after surgery 217 eyes （58%） had the uncorrected vision of 0.5 or better; 1 week after the surgery, 273 eyes（74%） had the uncorrected vision of 0.5 or better. Conclusions Small incision non-phaeoemulsifieation ECCE and IOL implantation under topical anesthesia is a safe ,convenient and valid method for cataract patients.
