摘  要:目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与骨肉瘤血管新生及临床复发转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测46例骨肉瘤标本MMP-9、VEGF、CD34表达。结果MMP-9、VEGF的阳性表达率分别为76.09%、65.22%。不同VEGF表达组间MMP-9、MVD表达有显著性差异,MVD与MMP-9、VEGF表达强度呈正相关(P<0.05)。转移组与复发组间VEGF表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9、VEGF共同参与骨肉瘤的血管生成并协同表达。检测VEGF和MMP-9表达与MVD值可作为判断骨肿瘤预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF and their relationships to the recurrence and metastasis of osteosarcoma. Methods The expressions of MMP-9, VEGF and CD34 in 46 cases of osteosarcomas were detected by using immunohistochemical staining and intratumoral microvessel density(MVD) was calculated. Results The expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in osteosarcoma was 76. 09% and 65.22 % respectively, and the VEGF expressions was significantly related to the invasion and recurrence of the tumor(P〈0, 05). There was significant difference in the expression of MMP-9 and MVD between VEGF positive and negative groups, and the expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 was significantly associated with MVD (PM〈0. 05). Conclusion The expressions of VEGF were highly related to the recurrence and metastasis of osteosarcoma, MMP-9 and VEGF stimulate angiogenesis of osteosarcoma and are co-expressed. Detection of the MMP-9 and VEGF expression and MVD may be useful for evaluating theprognosis of malignant bone tumors.
