改良羽毛蛋白营养价值的初步研究

摘　　要：采用仲恺农业技术学院鸡场饲养的来航鸡（Leghom）羽毛制成改良羽毛蛋白粉进行动物营养代谢实验，结果显示经过改良的羽毛蛋白的表观消化率达到90％左右．进食改良羽毛蛋白质饲料大鼠组与进食酪蛋白饲料大鼠组的蛋白质功效比值和饲料利用率无显著差异；而与进食加糖基础饲料大鼠组比较，上述两项指标差异非常显著．解剖观察进食改良羽毛蛋白饲料的大鼠内脏未见中毒现象，初步认为经过改良的羽毛蛋白质是一种质量优良和安全的蛋白质．By using leghorm chicken from form Zhongkai Agrotechnical College, an improved protein powder wasmade and nutrinal experiment was conducted. Thee result showed that the digesting dfficiency attaied over 90% with casein, the Protein efficincy ration and the use efficiency of the Product were not significantly different,but compared with anatomicalobsetvation indicated that no toxic phinomenen was seen it was con the poWder it was concluded that the improved protein powder was an excellent and safe product
