摘  要:通过使用指数法测量上海市松江茸一中学、浦东新区进才中学2所中学七、九、十、十一4个年级66节体育与健身课程实践课(简称"体育课")的体育课生理负担量指数,初步探讨了中学体育课生理负担量与教学内容间的关系.结果表明:以混合性项目、跑、跳为主要教学内容的体育课生理负担量属于较适宜的中等运动负荷等级,以静力性项目、投掷为主要教学内容的体育课生理负担量属于小的运动负荷等级.因此,教学内容是影响体育课生理负担量的主要因素.The Relationship Between Physiological burden and Teaching Content of Physical Education and Fitness Classes in Middle SchoolsAbstract :The purposes of the paper were to measure the physiological burden indices of 66 physical education classes at two middle schools in Shanghai and to evaluate the relationship between physiological burden index and teaching content in classes. Result:In the physical education classes charaterized by main teaching content of running, jumping and combined sport events, the physiological burden is a moderate - rank of exercise load, while in the classes charaterized by main teaching content of static sport events and throwing, the physiological burden is a low - rank of exercise load. Conclusion:Teaching content is one of the main factors influencing physiological burden of physical education class.
