102例牙源性颌骨囊肿的X线影像分析

摘　　要：目的:分析颌骨囊肿X线影像,提高对颌骨囊肿X线表现的认识。方法:回顾分析102例经病理证实的颌骨囊肿和肿瘤的影像资料。结果:X线检查简便易行,且能确诊大多数颌骨囊肿。结论:常规的X线检查可以诊断大部分患者,对于不典型X线表现的患者需结合CT、穿刺和活检进一步确定诊断,制定治疗方法。Objective： Analysising the plain film radiograph features of odontogenic keratocysts, to improve the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this diseases. Methods： 102 patients suffering from odontogenic keratocysts were analysized, all the cystic lesions were confirmed pathologically. Results： By plain film radiograph features, most patients can be diagnosed correctly. Conclusion ： The method of plain film radiograph can be a easy way for the diagnosis of odontogenic keratocysts.
