摘  要:目的检测NF-kB转录因子在早期猕猴脑的表达,探讨非人类灵长类猕猴脑发育与NF-κB的关系。方法应用单克隆抗体链菌素亲生物蛋白过氧化酶(SP)免疫组织化学方法及电子计算机图像分析技术,观察NF-κB的表达。结果NF-κB在早期猕猴脑各部均有表达。在40d胎脑NF-κB呈弱表达;在55d胎脑NF-κB表达较前者明显增强,特别是在下丘脑、尾状核、豆状核和丘脑近第3脑室旁的神经细胞内NF-κB呈强阳性表达。结论NF-κB参与早期猕猴脑发育的调控。Objective To determine the distribution of NF-kB in the developing rhesus monkey brains at different developmental stages and to investigate the relationship between the development of the primate brains of rhesus monkey with NF-kB. Methods The immunohistochemical method of spreptavidinbiotin-peroxidase complex and electric computer image analysis system were used to detect and observe the expression of NF-kB. Results The expression of NF-kB was observed in all the detected parts of the early brains of rhesus monkey. A low level of immunoreactivity was detected in 40-day-old brains. In 55-day-old brains, the immunoreactivity became obviously stronger, and it was intense especially in hypothalamus, caudate nucleus, lenticular nucleus, and the area close to the third cerebral ventricle in thalamencephalon. Conclusion NF-kB took part in the regulation of the development of early brains of rhesus monkey.
