摘  要:目的:观察高强度聚焦超声(High intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)损伤离体肝组织的MRI监控图像变化,探讨MRI监控的有效性和准确性。方法:通过MRI监控HIFU辐照离体牛肝组织,观察不同剂量损伤灶的MRI图像,以及与实际损伤面积的关系。结果:本研究共计60例损伤灶,其中50例(83.3%)损伤灶于PDWI和T2WI中表现为边界清晰的稍低信号,与实际损伤面积比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。而在T1WI中仅23例(38.3%)可见信号增高。结论:本研究证实我所自行研制的MRI监控HIFU设备能有效监控治疗,准确评价疗效,并为后期治疗肝脏肿瘤提供一定的影像学基础。Objective:To observe the liver tissue in vitro damaged by high intensity focused uhrasound(HIFU)using MRI, and evaluate the validity and accuracy of MRI-guided treatment. Methods:Calf liver tissues in vitro were exposed to MRI-guided HIFU with different intensity and duration. The lesions on MRI imaging were compared with the actual necrotic foci. Results: 60 lesion images were inspected,50 lesions( 83.3% )on T2WI and PDWI had low signals with clear border, and the lesion area on T2WI and PDWI highly correlated with the actual necrotic area(P〉0.05). But only 23 lesions(38.3%)showed high signal on T1WI. Conclusion:This research confirmed the MRI-guided HIFU equipment is useful to monitor the HIFU treatment and evaluate the curative effect accurately,which provids a basis for the latter treatment of liver tumors.
